That picture is as bad as the one he posts of the woman with her tongue sticking out.Happy 70th, Bob. Didn't think you'd live THAT long. lol
I was under severe stress when this picture was taken. They got me liquored up and told me if I didn't blow out both candles at the same time, I would have to go to bed without any cake and wouldn't get my diaper changed until the next day.
