Eight different teams and hundreds of kids came together today for the first day of the Peoria Spooktacular swim meet. Hannah swam 3 events today, the 50 yd free, 25 back, and 25 breaststroke.She took 2nd in her heat in the 50 free and 10th overall (42.95 sec.)(out of about 60 kids)
She took 1st in her heat in backstroke and 8th overall. (22.22 seconds)
She was only 2 seconds off a USA Swimming Division "A" time in this stroke.
She was 3rd in her heat for Breaststroke (29.00 sec). We haven't heard the final standings for this event.
Tommorow we have 25 free, 25 fly and 100 IM.
